Chexlow operates Housnap as a free product search, comparison and optional AI assistance service. Following a retailer link leads to a separate purchase with that retailer, which handles its own sale, payment, delivery, returns, refunds and warranty. When a Housnap checkout offer is available, the final total is shown after tax review and PayPal approval authorizes payment before capture. Housnap handles its own order, shipping and returns under our shipping and returns policies. Contact us about a Housnap order, including cancellation before payment capture; mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Our information does not cover every store or guarantee the lowest market price. Prices, stock and delivery terms can change between updates. Shipping, tax, customs charges, currency conversion, sale eligibility and reference prices can differ from the store's checkout. Product matching can confuse models or variants. AI answers may be incomplete or wrong; verify product compatibility, specifications and purchase conditions with the store before relying on them.

We may earn compensation when a linked purchase occurs. Commercial relationships and the product information available to us affect which stores and offers are included. Search ordering considers relevance, your selected sort and whether a product is available from two or more stores. Price and newest sorts place products available from two or more stores first, then apply the selected sort within each group. In keyword or meaning-based searches, relevance may take priority. Purchase links consider destination country, shipping, stock and converted price where available. These are different ordering processes, not a guarantee of complete independence for every search result, editorial selection or AI answer. The affiliate and price notice explains the limits.

We work to correct reported problems but do not promise uninterrupted availability or error-free third-party information. Your decisions should account for the limitations described here. Nothing in these terms excludes rights, remedies or liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude, including mandatory consumer rights.

Use the site lawfully. Do not disrupt service, bypass access controls, misuse anonymous session credentials, submit harmful content or infringe others' rights. Our original site content and software remain subject to applicable intellectual property rights. Store and brand descriptions, photographs and marks belong to their respective owners; listing them does not transfer ownership or imply endorsement. Contact us with the relevant URL and rights details if you report infringement.

We may change information, features or these terms as the service develops, and may limit or interrupt features for maintenance, security or misuse. Check the date above for the current version. Report factual errors or concerns through the contact page with a URL and enough detail to investigate. These terms do not create a fixed response deadline, exclusive court jurisdiction or compulsory arbitration.

After PayPal approval, the payment is authorized but not charged. You can cancel your Housnap order directly from your private order page only before we buy the item from the merchant. A pending approval can be abandoned or canceled in PayPal. Once the item has been bought or payment has been captured, contact support about cancellation or a refund. Retailer-direct purchases remain the retailer’s responsibility.
