This policy applies to a Housnap checkout order shipped within the United States after you approve its reviewed final total in PayPal. Purchases made directly from a retailer follow that retailer’s shipping terms.
Shipping charge
Housnap charges a flat USD 20 shipping fee per order. The final total also includes the item price and applicable sales tax shown before PayPal approval.
Delivery timing
Housnap will deliver within a maximum of seven calendar days after confirmation of your PayPal-approved Housnap order. This period begins at order confirmation, not when payment is captured.

For a Housnap shipping issue, email [email protected] with your order ID and details. For a retailer-direct purchase, contact that retailer. Your rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
