Privacy notice

We receive technical request data such as IP address, user agent, referring page, timestamps and error information; anonymous session identifiers; language, country and currency preferences; page and purchase-link activity. Clicking a purchase link records the destination and click ID, country, locale, referring page, placement and, where available, session ID. If you use AI, we receive your messages and optional images; if you email us, we receive your address and what you send. Please avoid sensitive personal information.

We use this information to provide search and comparison, remember country and currency preferences, restore anonymous AI conversations, attribute purchases, measure performance, prevent misuse and respond to requests. AI conversation text, answers, product results and attachment details are stored on our servers. Text and images submitted to AI features are sent to AI model providers to generate answers and analyse images. We do not store the original uploaded image file in this flow; providers process the information separately.

We use service providers for usage analytics, advertising attribution, content delivery, security, country detection and error diagnosis. AI model providers process the text and images you submit to AI features. Purchase links may pass click identifiers and attribution information to affiliate networks and destination stores. Providers, networks and stores have their own privacy notices. Information may be processed outside your country, and handling and retention vary by provider.

Cookies and browser storage keep preferences, recent searches and products, notice acknowledgement and access to anonymous conversations. See our cookie notice for details. Clearing site data removes browser copies, not server conversations, click records or information already received by providers. Inactive conversations may be excluded from normal access, which is not permanent erasure. Retention depends on the information, its purpose, legal obligations and the applicable provider; we do not promise a single fixed deletion deadline for all records.

You can clear site data or block cookies in your browser, which may remove settings and access to conversations. Where applicable, you can request access, correction, deletion, objection or restriction by email. Send only the details needed to identify your request, such as the site, approximate time and a description without sensitive information. Do not send passwords or access credentials. We may need additional information to locate anonymous records; clearing browser data can make this harder. Requests do not result in immediate automatic deletion, and legal obligations may limit what can be deleted.
