Privacy notice

We receive technical request data such as IP address, user agent, referring page, timestamps and error information; anonymous session identifiers; language, country and currency preferences; page and purchase-link activity. Clicking a purchase link records the destination and click ID, country, locale, referring page, placement and, where available, session ID. For an offered Housnap checkout order, we receive your full US shipping name and address and order and payment IDs, which we store server-side. If you use AI, we receive your messages and optional images; if you email us, we receive your address and what you send. Please avoid unnecessary sensitive information.

We use this information to provide search and comparison, remember preferences, restore anonymous AI conversations, attribute purchases, measure performance, prevent misuse and respond to requests. For Housnap orders, we store shipping names/addresses and order/payment IDs on our servers for tax review, fulfillment and refunds. PayPal handles payment. AI conversation text, answers, product results and attachment details are stored on our servers. Text and images submitted to AI features are sent to AI model providers to generate answers and analyse images. We do not store the original uploaded image file in this flow; providers process the information separately.

We use service providers for usage analytics, advertising attribution, content delivery, security, country detection and error diagnosis. PayPal handles payment for Housnap checkout orders; the fulfillment merchant receives the shipping information necessary to deliver those orders. AI model providers process text and images you submit to AI features. Retailer purchase links may pass click identifiers and attribution information to affiliate networks and destination stores. Providers, networks and stores have their own privacy notices. Information may be processed outside your country, and handling and retention vary by provider.

Cookies and browser storage keep preferences, recent searches and products, notice acknowledgement and access to anonymous conversations. An opaque HttpOnly cookie can identify a Housnap order for up to 30 days. See our cookie notice for details. Clearing site data removes browser copies and access to the order in that browser, not server-side order/payment IDs, shipping details, conversations, click records or information already received by providers. Inactive conversations may be excluded from normal access, which is not permanent erasure. Retention depends on purpose, legal obligations and provider; we do not promise a fixed deletion deadline for all records.

You can clear site data or block cookies in your browser, which may remove settings and access to conversations or a Housnap order in that browser, but does not erase server-side order records. Where applicable, you can request access, correction, deletion, objection or restriction by email; for a Housnap order, include its order ID rather than card details. For anonymous records, include the site and approximate time, never access credentials. We may need more information to locate records; clearing browser data can make this harder. Requests do not result in immediate automatic deletion, and legal obligations may limit what can be deleted.

We use access controls, input checks and upload restrictions to help protect information. No service can guarantee complete security. We may update this notice when our practices change; the date above identifies the version. Send privacy questions and requests to the operator email below.

For Housnap checkout we collect your email address and language alongside your shipping details and order/payment identifiers. We use them to email order acceptance (not a charge), a completed-purchase receipt after capture, and cancellation information when a cancellation is confirmed. Resend processes these transactional messages on our behalf. An encrypted private order link sent to your email lets you view orders associated with that address. The link can expire within one year or be revoked; it does not put your email or order ID in the public URL. A separate HttpOnly mailbox cookie can last up to one year after opening the link, while the original per-order quote cookie lasts up to 30 days. Clearing either cookie removes browser access, not server order, shipping or payment records.
