Returns and refunds

Request a change-of-mind return within 30 calendar days after delivery. The item must be unopened, unused and in its original packaging. Applicable rights under law remain unaffected.

Email [email protected] with your Housnap order ID and reason for return. Wait for mailing instructions, then send the item with tracking to the address Housnap provides. Do not send it before receiving instructions; there is no fixed published US return address or return portal.

For a change-of-mind return, you pay the return postage. The original USD 20 Housnap shipping charge is not refunded. We refund the item price and applicable sales tax; there is no restocking fee.

If the Housnap order arrives wrong, damaged or defective, email us with your order ID and reason. Housnap pays the return shipping and refunds the item price, initial shipping charge and applicable sales tax. Wait for our mailing instructions and use tracking.

We do not offer direct exchanges. After a refund, place a new order at the current price and subject to availability. For cancellation before payment capture, email us with your order ID; our team handles authorization cancellation or voiding.

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we initiate a refund through PayPal to the original payment method within five business days. How long the provider takes to settle the refund may vary. Your rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
