We have no published guaranteed reply time; the information needed and handling time depend on the request.

For a site problem, include the page URL, approximate time, browser/device and what happened. For a product or price correction, include our URL, the store URL, country, currency, observed price and time. For a privacy request, state the requested action and minimal clues to the anonymous session; do not send an access token. For store/partnership enquiries or content-rights complaints, identify your organisation, the relevant URLs and the authority or rights you represent. A screenshot can help after names and sensitive details are removed.

For orders, payments, delivery, returns, refunds or warranties, contact the selling store with its order reference. We cannot access its order system. Do not send us card details, passwords, official identity documents or unnecessary sensitive information. We may ask for limited additional information through the same email channel when needed to understand or verify a request.
