Contact

Use the email link below to contact Chexlow about Housnap. It opens your email application; this page does not submit a form or create a support ticket. Privacy rights requests use the same address. We have no published guaranteed reply time; the information needed and handling time depend on the request.

For a site problem, include the page URL, approximate time, browser/device and what happened. For a product or price correction, include our URL, the store URL, country, currency, observed price and time. For a Housnap order or return request, include your Housnap order ID and reason; wait for mailing instructions before sending a tracked return. For a privacy request, state the requested action and minimal clues to the anonymous session; do not send an access token. For store/partnership enquiries or content-rights complaints, identify your organisation, relevant URLs and the authority or rights you represent. Remove names and sensitive details from screenshots.

For a Housnap order, cancellation before payment capture, delivery or returns, email [email protected] with your order ID and reason; Housnap handles its own orders. For a purchase directly at a retailer, contact that retailer with its order reference; we cannot access its order system. Do not send card details, passwords, official identity documents or unnecessary sensitive information. We may ask for limited additional information through email.
